1. About Brand With MyDream

Brand With MyDream provides digital services relating to fashion, media, entertainment, talent, promotional campaigns, competitions, events, social media campaigns, and related activities.

Our Services may allow users to create profiles, register for activities, upload photos or videos, participate in campaigns or challenges, connect social media accounts, and use other features made available through our platform.

2. Eligibility

You must provide accurate information when using our Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you are legally permitted to use the Services under the laws applicable to you.

Where a specific campaign, contest, event, pageant, sponsorship, or promotional agreement provides different content rights, that agreement will control for the applicable activity.

You represent that:

• You have obtained any permissions required from people appearing in the content.
• Your User Content does not knowingly infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.
• Your User Content does not violate applicable law.

5. Instagram and Social Media Connections

Brand With MyDream may allow you to connect an Instagram or other social media account to our Services.

If you choose to connect an Instagram account:

• You authorize Brand With MyDream to access information and functionality permitted by the permissions you approve.
• We may receive Instagram account information, media, engagement information, and analytics where permitted by the applicable authorization.
• We may publish content to your connected Instagram account when you specifically authorize or initiate that action.
• You may disconnect your social media account at any time.
• Certain Brand With MyDream features may stop working after you disconnect your account.

Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's applicable terms and policies. Our Instagram integration does not create a partnership, endorsement, or agency relationship between Brand With MyDream and Meta Platforms, Inc. or Instagram.

6. Instagram Publishing

Where our Services provide Instagram publishing functionality, you remain responsible for the content you choose to publish.

Before publishing content through Brand With MyDream, you should confirm that:

• You own or have permission to use the content.
• The content complies with applicable laws and platform rules.
• You have obtained any necessary permissions from people shown in the content.
• The content does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

Brand With MyDream does not guarantee that content submitted for publication will be accepted, displayed, recommended, or continuously available on Instagram.

Instagram may independently remove, restrict, limit, or modify content or accounts under its own rules.

7. Instagram Insights and Analytics

Where authorized, Brand With MyDream may retrieve Instagram analytics or insights associated with a connected account.

These analytics may include information about content performance, reach, engagement, audience activity, or other metrics made available through the applicable Instagram API.

Analytics are provided for informational and operational purposes and may change depending on Instagram's available data and APIs.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, availability, or continued availability of third-party analytics.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful purposes.
• Impersonate another person or organization.
• Provide false or misleading information.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or data.
• Interfere with the operation or security of the Services.
• Scrape, copy, or collect information through unauthorized automated methods.
• Abuse or misuse our social media integrations.
• Attempt to obtain another person's social media credentials or access tokens.

Your use of Instagram and Meta products remains subject to their applicable terms and policies.

11. Events, Competitions, and Campaigns

• Instagram or other social media platforms will accept or publish content.
• Analytics or third-party information will always be complete or accurate.
• A particular result will be achieved through participation in a campaign, event, or promotional activity.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Brand With MyDream and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brand With MyDream and its owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and service providers from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from:
